Sin pays off with death.
But God’s gift is eternal life given by Jesus Christ our Lord. [Romans 6:23] The Bible tells us that God created the world, and that He created everything perfect.
But when we look around we see so much chaos and disaster, and that is because of sin.
Sin is when we do something that goes against God’s will.
The Bible tells us that every single one of us are sinners. And that sin is what brought death, diseases, and chaos into this world, and it also separated us from God, leaving us in need of a Savior.
The Bible tells us that the wages of sin is death. We all have sinned, so we all deserve death, eternal separation from God in hell.
But that verse continues and says that the free gift of God is eternal life through Jesus. Jesus, who is God, came He took our punishment, He took our place on the cross, and died.
But He didn’t stay dead, He rose again! He made a way for us to spend our eternity in Heaven with God.
All we have to do to be saved is to believe that Jesus is Lord. Believe that He died for our sins, and that He rose again defeating death!
If you believe that today, you are saved! Please don’t wait to accept Jesus into your hearts. Today is the day of salvation! He wants to save you, and He’s waiting for you to accept His free gift of eternal life.
